Are there any minimums for the trailer during the operating season for private events?
Private events are offered for a maximum of three hours with a minimum hourly rate of $500 USD.
How does catering work for public events? (festivals, local events, corporate events)

Workplace Cater
Will your trailer come to serve my work place / business?
Yes, lunch caters are a max of 1.5 hours and an hourly rate of $500 or the difference.
Weddings
The maximum length we serve weddings for is three hours. The minimum fee is $2,000 USD, unless the cost of the food exceeds the minimum fee. Travel fees may also apply. We are based in the Chippewa Valley. A security deposit is required.
Dhimiters has a wedding catering tradition to have the Bride & Groom perform a ceremonial shave off lamb off of our spit!
